EVO-Tour

You will be able to do comparative tastings of two oils to understand the characteristics that a quality oil must have, learn the health qualities of EVO oil, consumer rights.
We will take you to the olive grove to get all the information on how the olive trees are grown, what treatments are performed, how we manage the land, the harvest and the transformation of olives into oil.
To complete the experience you can continue with a guided tour of the medieval village and a lunch in a restaurant in the village with a menu with extra virgin olive oil as the protagonist.
